P&C Business Partner

About the role

We are looking for an experienced People & Culture Business Partner to work closely with leaders across the organisation and deliver thoughtful guidance and solutions that enable engagement, performance and organisational success. In this role, you will provide trusted advice across the employee lifecycle for your client group and help foster a positive, safe and values-led workplace culture. Working in genuine partnership with leaders, you will build leadership capability and contribute to meaningful strategic people outcomes.

You’ll also lead a small number of specialist P&C areas. We are particularly interested in candidates with experience in workplace health and safety.  Other specialist areas include talent and workforce, remuneration and benefits, and systems and payroll. As a subject matter expert, you’ll guide processes, policies, procedures and continuous improvement in your specialist area, while working collaboratively with colleagues to ensure a consistent and supportive experience across the organisation. You’ll be joining a genuinely friendly, supportive and welcoming P&C team that values collaboration, care and shared success. You’ll work closely with a P&C Advisor and together you’ll provide holistic, tailored support and advice to your client group.

This is a hybrid role, with travel required across your client group each week.

About you

You are a collaborative and proactive HR professional with experience partnering with leaders in a growing organisation. You bring strong knowledge of employee relations, workforce planning, people systems and employment legislation, along with the confidence to provide practical advice on complex people matters.

Highly organised and IT-savvy, you are comfortable balancing competing priorities while building strong relationships across all levels of the organisation. Most importantly, you thrive in a hardworking, open and supportive team, and you are passionate about creating positive employee experiences.
