The Role:

We're seeking an experienced Precinct General Manager to lead the day-to-day performance of a major asset within our Asset Management Services business. This broad-ranging leadership role oversees financial performance, leasing, operations, risk management, workplace health and safety, and strategic business planning.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the development and execution of annual business plans, operating budgets, forecasts and strategic initiatives to maximise long-term asset performance.
  
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key tenants and stakeholders, driving long-term occupancy, customer satisfaction and commercial outcomes.
  
• Act as the trusted advisor to institutional owners and joint venture partners, providing strategic advice, governance oversight and recommendations to support investment objectives.
  
• Monitor and manage asset performance, ensuring revenue, profitability and business plan targets are achieved.
  
• Oversee workplace health and safety, risk management and compliance requirements, ensuring no major risks exist across essential services and operations.
  
• Lead, mentor and develop a team of property professionals, creating a culture of accountability, collaboration and high performance.
  
• Guide the Property Management team to ensure accurate monthly and annual reporting is delivered to owners and tenants.
  
• Manage complex budgets, financial reporting and expenditure controls while ensuring cost competitiveness and operational efficiency.
  
• Ensure compliance with relevant property legislation, lease obligations, governance requirements and asset management standards.
  
• Identify opportunities to enhance asset performance, reduce risk and contribute to the long-term success of the precinct.
