About the Role

In this position, you will:

• Conduct comprehensive speech, language, communication, and swallowing assessments

• Design and deliver individualised therapy plans to improve communication and participation

• Collaborate with families, carers, and multidisciplinary teams to achieve meaningful client outcomes

• Support clients with developmental delays, disabilities, neurological conditions, and age-related changes

• Provide therapy across a range of settings — homes, schools, clinics, or community — based on your preference

What You'll Need

• Relevant qualifications and experience as a Speech Pathologist

• Current registration with Speech Pathology Australia (SPA)

• Experience in a multidisciplinary clinic environment (desirable)

• Familiarity with the NDIS framework (desirable)

• National Police Clearance (or willingness to obtain)

• Valid Driver's Licence and access to a reliable vehicle
