Machine Operator – Rotating Roster

Synergie Australia are seeking a Machine Operator on a steel production line in Erskine Park, offering immediate start with a supportive work environment.

Our client, is a global leader in steel and sheet metal manufacturing, operating in Erskine Park. They are expanding their team and seeking skilled Machine Operators to join a high-performing, safety-first production environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Operate machinery on a steel production line
• Sort, assemble, and handle metal components
• Packing of finished products and preparing for dispatch
• Support team members to achieve production KPIs
• Maintain a clean, organised, and safe workspace

Essential Criteria

•  Previous experience as a Machine Operator or in production work
•  Strong mechanical aptitude and solid hand–eye coordination
•  Ability to work both independently and in a team
•  Physically fit — able to lift up to 25kg regularly
•  Reliable transport and strong work ethic
•  Full Australian working rights
