We are looking for an experienced Food and Beverage Manager to assist the overall running of the Food and Beverage Department including financial outcomes, service delivery and product presentation. This executive-level position reports directly to the General Manager and plays a key role in driving the resort's food and beverage strategy and guest experience.

Your main duties and responsibilities will include (but not limited to):

• Maintain the high-quality standards of service to ensure guest satisfaction
• Utilise staff and resources to facilitate the operation of Food and Beverage outlets and services at Cable Beach Club Resort and Spa
• Coordinate the manning, set up and execution of events and functions
• Assist Food and Beverage Manager to control and analyse departmental costs
• Monitor subordinate manager’s control of labour costs and roster management, and direct where necessary
• Create and maintain relationships with individuals outside the Resort, such as suppliers, contractors, labour relations representatives and competitors
• Devise initiatives and strategies to ensure financial targets are met
• When necessary, perform disciplinary actions in accordance with Resort policies and procedures
• Assist with the control in the control and analysis of departmental costs on an ongoing basis to ensure performance against budget. 

What you will bring to the role:

• Previous experience as Food and Beverage Operations Manager
• Excellent personal presentation
• Reliable and flexible attitude
• Ability to work under pressure managing large teams over multiple outlets
• Micros experience preferred
