This is an exciting leadership opportunity to shape and deliver Horizon Powers’ customer products and solutions strategy while helping regional communities participate in the energy transition.

Reporting to the Executive General Manager Customer, the Senior Manager Customer Products and Solutions role leads the end-to-end development, optimisation and delivery of customer products and solutions across Horizon Power's diverse customer base.

Leading a high-performing professional team, you will drive commercial outcomes, develop innovative customer offerings, and help ensure customers have access to affordable and sustainable energy solutions.

Where You'll Make an Impact
•   Leading the management and optimisation of Horizon Power's product portfolio across the full lifecycle.
•   Shape and deliver the customer products and solutions road map and strategy.
•   Identifying customer segments and opportunities through customer insights and performance reporting.
•   Developing business cases, financial models, budgets and schedules to support product outcomes.
•   Building strong relationships across the business, government agencies, local governments and key enterprise customers.

What You’ll Bring
You will be a commercially minded and customer focused leader with extensive experience delivering products and solutions that achieve meaningful business outcomes.
•   Extensive and proven experience delivering commercial outcomes through products, services or solutions.
•   Experience across one or more areas including: retail products and services, renewable energy technologies, energy systems, financial analysis, commercial energy markets or project management.
•   Significant stakeholder management experience across internal and external environments.
•   Commercial acumen, strategic thinking and change leadership capability.
•   Strong leadership experience developing and leading diverse professional teams.
•   A relevant tertiary qualification or equivalent experience. Postgraduate qualifications in business management would be highly regarded.
