Business Development Manager

We're hiring a Business Development Manager. Alexandria, NSW. On-site.
Capital should create confidence. Not chaos. That's the standard we hold every deal to.
Greenlink Capital is a private, non-bank lender, property-backed capital, $100K to $50M, nationwide. We assess every deal on its merits. We don't do frictionless, seamless or disrupting. We do structure, discipline and certainty of execution.
We need a BDM who already has a network (brokers, developers, direct borrowers) and knows how to bring a real scenario to a lender that gives a real answer.
What the role is: Own the relationship. Bring in the deal. Work it through to settlement. Do it again.
What we're not looking for: Someone who wants a script, a CRM to hide behind or a lender that says "let's circle back." We give a clear answer, fast and we expect the same discipline from our BDMs.
What you bring: A working network across brokers and/or direct borrowersReal BDM experience in private lending or commercial finance The confidence to talk structure, security and serviceability, not just relationship-manage A direct communication style, ours is not a soft brand
What you get: Base + uncapped commission. Direct line to credit. A seat in a business with a genuine point of view on how lending should work.
