Logistics Officer

We are is currently seeking an experienced Vehicle Logistics Officer to join our client a leading organisation within the waste and recycling industry, based in Kilburn.

About the role:

• Coordinating daily vehicle and fleet movements
• Supporting route planning and scheduling
• Communicating with drivers and operational staff
• Monitoring fleet requirements and responding to operational issues
• Assisting with vehicle availability and allocation
• Maintaining accurate records and completing administrative tasks
• Supporting compliance with transport and fleet requirements
• Assisting with reporting, data entry and general logistics administration

To be successful in this role, you will ideally have:

• Previous experience in transport, logistics, fleet coordination or dispatch
• Strong computer and administration skills
• Excellent communication and organisational skills
• Ability to successfully complete a pre-employment medical
• Ability to obtain a National Police Check
