Lexus of Chatswood have an opportunity for an experienced Delivery Coordinator who has a passion for luxury, exclusivity, and bringing dreams to life for our clients. In this role, you will be a key point of contact for Lexus of Chastwood.

Your duties include sales administration, customer experience management and delivery coordination.

 About you:

• You will be able to take ownership of your role, with strong attention to detail and an ability to multitask and find innovative solutions. 

• You will have strong written and verbal communication skills with the capability to adapt your style to multiple audiences.

• You will be able to deliver the highest levels of customer service, while always keeping one eye on the commercial success of the business.

• You will have outstanding interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate regularly with a wide range of people at all levels across the company.

• Personal initiative and ability to work under pressure at times meeting multiple deadlines

Specifically, you will manage:

• Advise customers of vehicle status

• Manage client contact plan

• Coordinate vehicle handover to clients with sales consultants

• Manage and oversee all CRM actions
