About the role
If you are passionate about forecasting, data analysis, and driving supply chain performance, then we’d love to hear from you!
About the Role
We are seeking a highly analytical and commercially minded Demand Planner to join our Supply Chain team. This role plays a critical part in ensuring accurate demand forecasts that support production planning, inventory optimisation, service levels and business growth.
Working cross-functionally with Sales, Marketing, Finance, Customer Service, Operations, and Supply Planning teams, you will translate market and sales insights into actionable demand plans that enable informed decision-making and operational excellence.
Why You’ll Love Working at McCormick
Recognised as an employer of choice, McCormick is proud to be The Future of Flavour. Our people are at the heart of everything we do — we’re serious about our work, but not ourselves.
As a valued team member, you’ll enjoy a broad range of benefits, including:
What You'll Do
You will be responsible for developing and maintaining demand forecasts using historical sales data, customer insights, promotional plans, and market trends. By collaborating with key stakeholders across the business, you'll ensure demand plans accurately reflect market conditions and business priorities. You'll work closely with Supply Planning and Operations teams to balance product availability with inventory investment, proactively identifying risks relating to stock shortages, excess inventory and changing demand patterns.
As a key contributor to the Integrated Business Planning (IBP) process, you'll provide demand insights, scenario analysis and recommendations that support business planning and decision-making. You'll also play an important role in supporting new product launches and driving continuous improvements in forecasting processes, reporting, systems and overall planning capability.
What You'll Bring
You are a proactive and data-driven professional with experience in Demand Planning, Supply Chain Planning, Forecasting, Inventory Management, or a related field. You enjoy analysing data, identifying trends, and transforming information into actionable business insights. Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills are essential along with experience using excel and forecasting, or planning systems (SAP and Blueshift an advantage). Experience within FMCG, manufacturing, retail, or consumer goods environments will be highly regarded.
How to Apply
If you're looking for an opportunity to influence business performance, collaborate with a wide range of stakeholders, and make a tangible impact on forecasting and supply chain outcomes, apply with your resume and a brief cover letter outlining your experience by Friday, 4 September 2026.
Please note that due to our comprehensive recruitment process we will not be able to respond to individual enquiries regarding the status of your application. Only qualified candidates that have been selected for interview will be contacted following interview. Our recruitment process will commence from the date the position is advertised and may be filled prior to the closing date. Thank you for your understanding and interest in this position.
McCormick is proud to be an equal opportunity employer. If you are a qualified applicant, you will receive consideration for employment without regard to sex, gender identity, sexual orientation, race, color, religion, national origin, disability, protected veteran status, age, or any other characteristic protected by law.
Note: We will not accept unsolicited CVs from recruitment agencies/third parties, and we will not be liable or responsible for any fees or costs associated with unsolicited CV's sent directly to line managers at McCormick.
