What you’ll do:
Work at the very heart of our business to support our teams with dynamic workforce planning and scheduling.
Drive the usage of onshore resources and alternative delivery models as an expert in Resource Strategy, Workforce Operations.
Achieve resourcing outcomes that balance business priorities with individual career aspirations.
Utilize the latest technology to analyse data, identify trends, flag issues, and develop solutions.
Collaborate effectively with the Resource Management team, championing our people and wellness strategies.
What we’re looking for:
Core Skills
Background in Resource Management with corporate experience as a bonus.
Passion for working with people and providing exceptional customer service, building a reputation as a trusted advisor.
Demonstrates personal leadership, showing proactivity, responsiveness, adaptability, and agility.
Skilled in influencing and negotiating across all staff levels, effectively asserting viewpoints.
Experienced in stakeholder management, adept at problem-solving and diplomatically challenging the status quo in a fast-paced environment.

This role is being offered as a 16‑month max‑term contract. We would also consider a 16‑month secondment for existing PwC Australia employees.
