Shifts available Monday to Sunday ( 24/7)

We are seeking compassionate and reliable Female Support Workers to support a 102-year-old female client living in Mollymook Beach.

This role focuses on providing in-home respite and social support, helping the client maintain her comfort, independence, and quality of life in a safe and respectful environment.

We need staff who have great availability as the shifts run 24/7

What we're looking for:

• Compassionate, reliable, and professional
• Strong communicator who builds trust with clients
• Comfortable working independently
• All experience levels welcome

Requirements:

• Current First Aid & CPR Certificate (within 3 years)
• Current Police Check (within 3 years)
• ABN (free to obtain at abr.gov.au)

Job Type: Subcontract

Pay: $40.00 – $45.00 per hour

Licence/Certification:

• First Aid Certification (Preferred)
• Car and Insurance, NDIS SC, Experience and qualification (Preferred)

Work Authorisation:

• Australia (Required)

Willingness to travel:

• 25% (Required)
