Rates:  Hourly plus allowances (LAFHA, Mileage, Travel, Accom, Overtime, Potential for weekend work)

The role:

We are hiring for hard working skilled labourers with the right attitude that we can train and teach how to operate Grout Plants.

The right candidate will be looking for long term stable employment with a professional company where you will be encouraged to learn and grow in what we think is one of the most interesting segments of the construction industry. You will be provided an attractive remuneration package and the opportunity to develop within the company.

Essential Criteria:

• Local to the Gold Coast

• Core belief in safety at the workplace

• Drug and alcohol-free status

• Excellent temperament with a team player attitude

• Punctual attendance to site

• Construction Card

• Driver's license with own transport

• Great health and physical fitness

• Willingness to work away

Highly regarded skills:

• Experience in operating stationary or mobile plant

• Experience in civil construction

• Operating tickets for machinery such as forklift, telehandler, EWP’s, excavator and concrete pumps etc.

• Mechanical knowledge

• Working at Heights tickets

• Additional licences such as HR or HC

• Experience operating Grout Pumps, or an interest in learning their operations
