As a Business Development Executive, you'll take ownership of a Southeast Melbourne territory within our Away From Home channel, partnering with a diverse range of customers to grow sales, strengthen relationships, and bring our iconic beverage portfolio to life in market.

You'll be out in the trade every day, identifying new opportunities, supporting customers, executing promotional activity, and ensuring our brands are visible, available, and winning where it matters most. This is an ideal opportunity for someone who enjoys autonomy, thrives on building relationships, and is motivated by achieving results.

Whether you're an experienced field sales professional or coming from a retail, hospitality, customer-facing or merchandising background, we'll provide the support and development to help you succeed.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and grow a portfolio of customers across the Away From Home channel
• Build strong relationships with venue owners, operators and key stakeholders
• Identify and convert new business opportunities within your territory
• Execute promotional activity and sales initiatives to drive growth
• Maximise product visibility, distribution and compliance across customer sites
• Monitor competitor activity and identify local market opportunities
• Partner with internal Sales, Category, Marketing and Commercial teams to deliver customer outcomes
• Maintain accurate territory planning and customer records

About You

• Passionate about sales and building long-term customer relationships
• Self-motivated, organised and able to manage your own territory effectively
• Comfortable working autonomously while contributing to a collaborative team environment
• Strong communication and influencing skills
• Commercially minded with a results-oriented approach
• Previous experience in FMCG, retail, hospitality, merchandising or sales will be highly regarded
• Current Australian driver's licence and full Australian working rights required
