Qualified Formwork or Concrete Construction Worker - Leading Hand

About the role

We are looking for qualified carpenters and concreters to lead a small crew on civil and commercial projects. Work alongside your team to keep jobs moving safely and efficiently. Liaise with the Site Supervisor and Directors. Maintain daily site records, photos and dockets. Deliver quality work while keeping projects on schedule.

About you

• Qualification in Formwork Carpentry or Concrete

• Current Driver's Licence

• Current White Card

• Ability to read and interpret plans and specifications

• Experience leading a crew of 2–4 people

• Strong work ethic, reliability and initiative

• Central Coast local or adjacent (our depot is in Tuggerah)

• Willing to travel (Jobs vary between Sydney -Central Coast - Newcastle)
