About the role

We are looking for a professional, personable, and results driven individual to work in our expanding Wills and Estates team. This is a genuine opportunity to take the next step in your career in a highly supportive, large team environment.

Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to;

• Interviewing clients and taking instructions;
• Drafting and amending a range of documents;
• Professionally liaising with internal and external clients and other stakeholders;
• Day to day conduct of files;
• Delegating tasks; and
• Working closely in a team to achieve strategic outcomes.

About you

You will have a genuine passion to make a difference for your clients. The ideal candidate will have previous experience in Wills (simple and complex), Powers of Attorney, Advance Care Directives, and Estate Administration.

To be considered for this role, you will:

• have 2+ years PAE practising in wills and estates;
• be able to demonstrate excellent attention to detail and strong organisational skills;
• have the ability to cultivate and maintain relationships with both new and long-term clients;
• be committed to ongoing learning and development;
• have the ability to communicate clearly and concisely;
• demonstrate an ability to work collaboratively in a team environment; and
• be driven to achieve results for clients.
