Role DescriptionThis is a full-time on-site role for an Occupational Therapist located in Templestowe. The Occupational Therapist will assess and develop tailored treatment plans to support the needs of individuals, focusing on enhancing their functional abilities and independence. Key responsibilities include conducting assessments, delivering therapy sessions, collaborating with families and caregivers, and working closely with a multidisciplinary team to provide holistic care.
QualificationsProficiency in Occupational Therapy practices, including assessing and creating personalized intervention plans for clientsKnowledge and understanding of paediatrics, focused on supporting children’s growth and developmentStrong communication skills to collaborate with individuals, families, and interdisciplinary teamsExperience in rehabilitation and working with clients to achieve improved functional independenceBachelor’s or Master’s degree in Occupational Therapy or related fieldCurrent registration with the relevant regulatory body (e.g., AHPRA)NDIS Workers ScreenCommitment to providing client-centered care and continuous professional development
