Area Manager

International Commercial Cleaning company is in search of a hands-on Area Manager to join our Perth team. The emphasis of this role is to ensure client satisfaction – ultimately ensuring long-term client retention.

On a day-to-day basis, you will be responsible for

·Client service management

·Managing a portfolio of clients & building excellent long-term client relationships

·Managing complaints & disputes

·Cleaning team training & management

·Conducting new contract start-ups and implementations

·Conducting Site Audits & Risk Assessments

·Inspecting completed work & ensuring rectification of non conforming work is carried out promptly

·Previous experience in the cleaning industry at a supervisory level of at least 2 years or more is required.

To be successful in this position, you MUST;

·Be fluent in both written & spoken English and have EXCELLENT communication skills

·Be an Australian permanent resident/citizen or have the right to work in Australia indefinitely

·Be pro-active in trouble shooting and providing workable solutions

·Be able to think and act quickly & use your common sense

·Take pride in your work and have outstanding personal hygiene & presentation

·Be comfortable with technology

·Be skilled in all aspects of commercial cleaning

·Be flexible with working hours

·Be highly organised, self motivated and a have a structured and systematic work ethic
