ABOUT THE ROLE

An opportunity to commence or advance your career in sales and potential in leadership.

Depending on experience levels, we will personalise a program to support your transition into a customer facing sales role within our worldwide business.

As a genuine first tier market leader, we watch our sales team members grow their careers into the many existing and emerging leadership roles we have across our expanding Australian and International branch network.

We do expect you to understand the unique way we operate before working directly with customers to identify their needs and present them with our value propositions. Our commitment to quality and customer retention demands that we do so.

We are not expecting new sales team members to deliver overnight success or bring customer relationships with them.  We want to invest in people who will embrace what we do and the way we do it.  You will spend 12-24 months in our operations working from the ground up to gain a solid understanding of the fundamentals of our business.

With world leading Korn Ferry sales training support programs and extensive on the job learning sessions, this is a chance to join 200+ sales team members we have across the country, all focussed on building our business in Australia.
