Energy Solutions Specialist

Reporting to the Business Unit Manager, Electrical & Electrification, the Energy Solutions Specialist will join our Power Generation team on a full-time basis. Based at the WesTrac Technology Facility in the Perth Airport precinct, this role plays a critical part in delivering post-sales energy solutions and support services.

Working closely with internal WesTrac teams, Caterpillar, and EPSA, you will develop tailored service and support offerings for both new and existing customers. These aftersales solutions are designed to maximise system reliability, optimise lifecycle costs, and strengthen WesTrac's position as the preferred provider of service and support solutions within the power generation industry.

Roster - 5 Days Monday to Friday, 8 Hrs/Day

What You'll Do:

• Develop and execute sales strategies across power generation market segments
• Proactively manage and build out your sales call plan to find new opportunities and leads that grow both new and existing accounts.
• Provide SME level advice on power generation systems to develop product support proposals for our clients.
• Consult and work in partnership with both our internal teams and external stakeholders/affiliated companies to deliver on proposals.
• Maintain safety, compliance and continuous improvement through reporting business process initiatives.

Skills & Experience:

• Sound technical knowledge across at least one, but preferably across multiple, electrical power generation and/or storage technologies.
• Self-motivated with great communication and negotiation skills.
• Must enjoy getting out to site/ client's premises and meeting face to face.
• Efficient time management and scheduling.
• Data analysis, forecasting and CRM management for pipeline growth and performance reporting.
