iThrive Health is a leading paediatric allied health practice supporting children, adolescents and their families across Perth. Our multidisciplinary team of Occupational Therapists and Speech Pathologists is built around genuine collaboration, clinical excellence and creating meaningful outcomes for the families we support.
We're looking for an experienced Occupational Therapist to join our West Leederville team in a senior clinical role. This position offers a combination of clinic-based therapy and community visits, providing variety throughout your week while allowing you to work alongside a highly experienced multidisciplinary team.
Start Date: Monday, 2 November 2026
About the RoleAs a Senior Occupational Therapist, you'll provide assessment and ongoing therapy for children and adolescents with a broad range of developmental, neurological and functional needs. You'll also play an important role in mentoring junior clinicians and contributing to the continued development of our clinical team.
This role is ideal for:
An experienced Senior Occupational Therapist looking for an outstanding workplace culture.
An Occupational Therapist with at least 4 years of paediatric experience who is ready to step into their first senior role with the support and guidance to succeed.
Deliver high-quality Occupational Therapy assessment and intervention for children and adolescents.
Provide therapy across our West Leederville clinic, schools, homes and community settings.
Develop therapy goals, intervention plans and comprehensive reports.
Collaborate closely with our Speech Pathologists and wider multidisciplinary team.
Supervise and mentor junior Occupational Therapists where appropriate.
Contribute to clinical discussions, service development and continuous improvement initiatives.
Salary $105,000–$115,000 + Super
Laptop provided
Weekly leadership mentoring and clinical support
Weekly peer supervision and multidisciplinary case discussions
A highly experienced and genuinely supportive OT team
A diverse paediatric caseload with excellent administrative support
A healthy mix of clinic and community-based work
Professional development encouraged and supported

You'll ideally have:
Minimum 4 years' experience as an Occupational Therapist (paediatric experience preferred)
AHPRA registration
Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
A passion for helping children and families achieve meaningful outcomes
Confidence working independently while enjoying being part of a collaborative team
A current driver's licence and reliable vehicle for community visits
Working With Children Check (or ability to obtain)
National Police Clearance (or ability to obtain)
