Civil Field Worker - Concrete

Join a skilled civil works team and help deliver the infrastructure that supports the Noosa community. In this hands-on role, you'll contribute to a variety of concrete construction and maintenance projects, helping maintain and improve roads, footpaths, drainage systems and other public infrastructure.
You're an experienced concreter or civil construction worker who takes pride in delivering quality workmanship. You enjoy working outdoors, have strong concrete finishing and form setting skills, and thrive in a team environment. With a commitment to safety and continuous improvement, you're ready to contribute to the delivery of high-quality community infrastructure.
• Undertake concrete construction and maintenance activities across roads, footpaths, kerb & channel, drainage systems and other civil infrastructure
• Perform concrete placement & finishing, formwork setting and related civil construction tasks to a high standard
• Support the delivery of programmed and reactive civil works and maintenance activities
• Complete required documentation and contribute to safe, efficient and high-quality work practices
• Experience in concrete construction and maintenance activities
• High level concrete placement & finishing, formwork setting skills
• Ability to work effectively within a team and support the delivery of civil infrastructure projects
• Strong commitment to workplace health and safety practices
• Sound written communication skills and attention to detail
• Ability to adapt to changing work requirements and maintain high productivity standards
• Experience providing on-the-job support, coaching or guidance to team members
• Certificate III in Concreting, Certificate III in Civil Construction or equivalent demonstrated experience
• Construction Industry White Card (or willingness to obtain prior to commencement)
• Current C Class driver licence
• MR Class driver licence (desirable)
