About The Role …

As a part of the Reception team, you will be responsible for:

Maintaining and developing relationships with membersEnsuring compliance with liquor & gaming regulationsMaximising the patron satisfaction levels by driving service standardsAnswering phone calls and directing them to correct contact or answering enquiriesMicrophone announcementsAnswering all enquiries from members

Your role will be to enhance customer service, achieve individual and team KPIs, meet financial targets and coach and motivate your team.

A front of house, hands-on role, you will bring proven experience of floor operations including cash handling, a decisive personality and the ability to communicate with a diverse membership demographic. An eye for detail and a clear understanding of compliance and necessary legislation is imperative.

To be successful in this role you would need to possess the following:

Essential Skills & Competencies

Have an extensive knowledge of club activitiesKnowledge of aspects of compliance with relevant legislationProven ability to deal with a diverse demographicAbility to improve communications and form strong customer relationsEffective time management and organisational skillsImmaculate personal presentation and service

Requirements And Qualifications

Responsible Service of Alcohol certificate Responsible Service of Gaming certificateExperience in conflict resolution and employee engagementWorking rights in Australia
