About the Role

We are seeking a passionate and experienced Barista to join our Lobby Bar team on a full-time basis. You will create exceptional coffee and beverage experiences for our guests while contributing to a collaborative and high-performing team culture.

Key responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

• Preparing and presenting exceptional coffee and beverages to a consistently high standard
• Delivering warm, engaging and personalised guest service
• Maintaining coffee equipment, cleanliness and presentation standards
• Supporting the wider Lobby Bar team to ensure seamless daily operations

About You

You are passionate about coffee, hospitality and creating memorable guest experiences. To be successful, you will have:

• Previous barista experience in a fast-paced hospitality environment
• Strong coffee knowledge, including extraction, milk texturing and latte art
• Excellent attention to detail, organisation and time management skills
• A positive attitude and a collaborative approach to teamwork
• Outstanding communication and guest service skills
• Flexibility to work a 24/7 rotating roster
• A current RSA certificate
• Full Australian working rights (visa sponsorship is not available)
