The Role:

We're looking for a Growth Marketing Specialist to shape how swipejobs shows up in the market. You'll create campaigns, landing pages, decks, and social content using the latest AI and design tools, while building automation to reach the right audiences. Our platform serves two sides, employers and job seekers, so you'll craft marketing that speaks to both. This is a high-autonomy role for someone who loves taking initiative and building from zero to one.

What You'll Do:

• Create and ship marketing assets including landing pages, campaigns, sales decks, one-pagers, and social content aligned to our AI-native capability
• Produce content that speaks directly to the needs and pain points of both our B2B audience (employers and hiring teams) and our B2C audience (job seekers)
• Own the swipejobs look and voice in market, keeping every touchpoint consistent with the brand
• Build AI-powered marketing workflows using tools like Claude to automate research, drafting, personalisation, and creative production
• Run growth experiments from hypothesis to readout, including A/B tests, campaign analytics, and clear recommendations on what to scale
• Take initiatives from zero to one by spotting opportunities, building the first version, proving impact, and scaling successful ideas

What We're Looking For:

• Tertiary qualification in Marketing, Business, Communications, Digital Media, Commerce, or a related discipline
• Experience in growth, marketing, brand, or a GTM role
• Comfort navigating a modern growth stack; you'll get to play with a range of modern tech tools including Claude, Clay, Apollo, Figma, and Canva
• Understanding of both B2B and B2C consumers, and the ability to produce marketing content that speaks directly to their pain points
• A strong eye for design and excellent writing; you can carry a brand voice across web copy, campaigns, and outbound
• Someone who loves building in high-autonomy environments, taking initiatives from zero to one, and has a builder's mindset with the ability to pick up new tools quickly and figure things out
