Air Conditioning (HVAC) Technician

Marshall Air Conditioning is a growing air conditioning service, maintenance and installation business focused on delivering high quality service to commercial clients throughout Melbourne and Victoria.

We are looking for a fully qualified service technician to join our team.

In this important role, you will be assigned various sites as the lead technician, working autonomously to deliver superior service with backup from our supervisor and office.  You will plan and carry out maintenance, attend to service calls and quote for follow up and repair works as required.

The successful applicant should have:

• Trade qualifications / relevant apprenticeship.

• Experience working on commercial air conditioning and central plant systems.

• Broad technical skill set including both service and installation.

• Excellent fault finding and problem solving skills.

• Strong customer service, excellent communication and professional presentation.

• Good attention to detail and time management skills and ability to work with minimal supervision.
