As our portfolio grows, so does the volume of buyer enquiry coming into our sales team and we’re creating a Project Sales Associate role to make sure none of it goes cold. This is the entry point to a career in project sales at ProjX and the engine room of our sales process.

Your job is to own the first conversation. You’ll respond to enquiry across our live residential projects, qualify each buyer and book quality appointments for our sales team so they can do what they do best – sell.

What you’ll be doing

You’ll be the first point of contact for buyers across our residential development projects, turning enquiry into booked appointments for the sales team. Your responsibilities will include:

• Responding quickly to inbound enquiry across phone, email and web, and making proactive outbound calls to new and existing leads.
• Qualifying buyers, understanding what they’re looking for, their budget and their timeline, and identifying the genuine opportunities.
• Booking qualified appointments and property inspections for the sales team and managing the calendar so no lead goes cold.
• Nurturing our database, following up warm and long-term leads so they’re ready when the time is right.
• Keeping the CRM (monday.com) accurate and up to date, logging every interaction, updating lead status and maintaining a clean pipeline.
• Supporting the sales team with meeting preparation, buyer information and follow-up.
• Tracking and reporting on your activity, calls made, leads qualified and appointments booked.
• Learning the craft of project sales, our projects, our developers, our market and how a sale comes together, ready to step up as you grow.

About you

You’re a confident communicator who enjoys talking to people and is motivated by hitting targets. You don’t need years of experience. You need the right attitude and the drive to build a career. You’ll ideally bring:

• Some sales, phone-based or customer-facing experience (retail, hospitality, contact centre, real estate or similar). Enough to show you can hold a conversation and handle a knock-back.
• Excellent communication skills, on the phone and in writing, with a warm and professional manner.
• A proactive, self-motivated approach and the resilience to keep dialling and stay positive.
• Strong organisation and attention to detail. You can juggle a busy pipeline without dropping the ball.
• Comfort with technology and systems; experience with a CRM (monday.com or similar) is a plus.
• A genuine interest in property, sales and building a long-term career.
• A current driver’s licence; a real estate agent’s registration certificate is an advantage but not essential.
