Warehouse Supervisor

Our new Sydney warehouse is located at a 38,550 m² site including 6,141 m² of warehouse space fitted with3,168 standard racking spaces.

You will oversee daily floor team and customer service operations within the warehouse; excellent warehouse operation standards are maintained.  This role focuses on service quality, operational accuracy, and team leadership to meet customer expectations.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise daily warehouse floor and customer service operations, ensuring timely and accurate order processing

• Ensure key account orders are completed within the agreed timeframe, maintaining accuracy, quality standards, and clear communication with all stakeholders to meet service level agreements and customer expectations.

• Ensure inventory accuracy through regular stock counts and audits

• Maintain a clean, organized workspace while ensuring full compliance with health and safety standards

• Act as the main point of contact for customer inquiries, issues, and escalations

• Coordinate closely with freight forwarding team, transport carriers and suppliers to ensure smooth order fulfilment

• Monitor order status and delivery schedules to prevent delays

• Resolve customer complaints and operational issues in a timely and professional manner

• Train and supervise customer service staff within the warehouse

• Ensure compliance with company policies, safety standards, and operational procedures

• Drive continuous process improvements and cost efficiencies across operations

• To assist their respective Manager in their duties and responsibilities as required.

• Perform other duties as assigned by senior management

• Invoicing clients / matching supplier invoices

• Develop and a desire to do well, including pursue new opportunities

• About You

  You are a commercially focused and hands-on leader with strong logistics management experience.

  You will ideally have:

  • Proven experience managing an 3PL Warehouse with similar size

  • At least 3 years’ experience in a similar operational role

  • Strong knowledge of CargoWise One (CW1)/Carton Cloud systems

  • Hands on experience in Pick & Pack, Order Processing, Transport Distribution

  • Experience using RF scanning systems for warehouse operations

  • Demonstrated P&L management and commercial capability

  • Leadership experience managing medium to large teams

  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills

  • Strong understanding of warehousing, and logistics operations including load restraint knowledge and understanding

  • A proactive and results-driven leadership approach
