About the role
Looking for a role that's more than calendars and correspondence?
As an Executive Support Officer, you'll provide high-level support to two Directors within the Conservation Regulator, working at the centre of a dynamic and diverse division responsible for protecting Victoria's wildlife, public land and biodiversity.
This role offers a unique opportunity to gain exposure to the full breadth of Conservation Regulator business, including regulatory operations, strategy and guidance, regulatory capability, statewide permissions delivery, compliance and enforcement, stakeholder engagement, and organisational improvement initiatives.
Working closely with senior leaders and teams across the division, you'll help coordinate priorities, manage diaries, support business functions, and build relationships with people and teams across the Conservation Regulator and DEECA.
About You
You're organised, proactive and thrive in a fast-paced environment. You enjoy solving problems, building strong working relationships and ensuring things run smoothly behind the scenes. Most importantly, you're looking for a role where you can learn, grow and gain valuable insight into how a modern regulatory organisation operates.
Why Join Us?
This is an opportunity to work alongside senior leaders, contribute to meaningful environmental outcomes, and develop a broad understanding of one of Victoria's most diverse regulatory functions.
