Underpinned by an ambitious growth strategy, Willowtree Planning is looking to expand their team of A- Grade town planners and are seeking to appoint a Town Planner in our North Sydney office.

If you want to join the A-Team, here is what we need:

• You Align with Willowtree Planning’s Core Values of Team, Quality, A will to win, and Integrity;

• You have a qualification in town planning or related discipline (2-5 years' experience);

• You thrive on project managing planning projects and co-ordinate various sub-consultants;

• You have experience in providing planning due diligence advice and planning approvals pathway advice and strategies;

• You have an understanding of current NSW Planning legislation and recent changes to legislation;

• You have Experience in the preparation of Statements of Environmental Effects, Environmental Impact Statements and Planning Proposal documents;

• Attention to detail and proven ability to write high quality and concise advice, reports and submissions.
