What we are looking for

🔹 Interest in Conveyancing: Prior experience in a conveyancing role is preferred but not essential. What is essential is a keen interest in conveyancing and a willingness to learn and grow. 

🔹 Attention to Detail: The devil is in the details, especially in conveyancing. We're seeking a meticulous individual who can diligently follow instructions, collate contracts, identify discrepancies, and ensure accuracy in all aspects of the conveyancing process.

🔹 Organizational Skills: Conveyancing involves managing multiple files simultaneously. The ideal candidate should possess excellent organisational skills, ensuring that tasks are prioritised, deadlines are met, and client expectations are exceeded.

🔹 Communication Skills: Effective communication is crucial in conveyancing. You'll be liaising with clients, real estate agents, and other legal professionals on a regular basis. Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to explain complex conveyancing concepts in a clear and concise manner are essential.
