Litigation Lawyer

A rare opportunity has arisen for a Litigation Lawyer in our Civil Litigation Department on the Gold Coast. 

The Role 

We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic candidate with exceptional communication and problem-solving skills to join our growing litigation department. 

This is an excellent opportunity for a 2 – 4 PAE lawyer. 

This role will involve working in a boutique practice on the Gold Coast with a friendly, supportive and collaborative atmosphere, and obtaining immediate real-world experience working directly with clients. 

Requisite Experience 

You will have experienced a wide range of civil law matters, including but not limited to dispute resolution, commercial litigation, employment law, insurance law, contract law, and administrative law.

• very motivated to produce quality work and achieve exceptional results; and 

• a passion or curiosity for developing skills in dispute resolution, commercial litigation, employment law, insurance law, contract law, and administrative law.
