The Role

We are looking for an experienced, driven and motivated Food & Beverage Team Leader to join our team in the bustling Food & Beverage Department. 

You will be a guest services superstar, positive can-do attitude and someone who is able to multitask, think on your feet whilst leading the team around you, maintaining a high level of attention to details under pressure. 

Your key roles and responsibilities will include but will not be limited to;

• Be the role model - ensure a high level of guest satisfaction and exceed our guest expectations

• Supervise our Food & Beverage team members on a day-to-day basis encouraging them to provide excellent, innovative and personalised dining experiences to our guests and visitors across all Food & Beverage outlets

• Assist with team development for all current and new Food & Beverage associates to be multi-tasked, while maintaining a positive and cohesive work environment

• Handle and resolve guest’s complaints, enquiries and requests in a friendly and calm manner

About You

To excel in the role, you should have;

• A passion for the hospitality industry and Food & Beverage services

• Previous experience as a Food & Beverage Team Leader or Supervisor

• Previous experience in a fast paced hospitality environment

• A Responsible Service of Alcohol certificate is essential for this role

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

• Flexibility to work a variety of shifts including weekends, late nights and public holidays
