About the Role

As we continue to scale globally, we're looking for an experienced marketer and brand specialist who can help unlock the next stage of MAYE's growth.

You'll bring fresh thinking, strengthen our organic growth channels, elevate our influencer strategy, optimise CRM and customer retention, and continue building a brand that customers love.

Working closely with the Founder & Creative Director and Head of Operations & Product, you'll lead our marketing function, challenge how we market today and build sustainable growth channels that will support the business for years to come.

What You'll Own

Growth Strategy

• Build and deliver MAYE’s annual marketing calendar and campaigns aligned with brand objectives and strategy for the Australian and USA market

• Identify new opportunities to grow the brand, acquire customers and drive long-term growth.

• Track performance across channels and turn insights into clear actions and priorities.

• Work closely with and manage our external CRM and Google Ads partners to drive performance, customer growth and retention.

Influencer & Community

• Build a strategic influencer program that drives brand awareness, advocacy and customer acquisition, with a strong focus on the US market.

• Own and grow gifting, creator outreach, partnerships and ongoing creator relationships, who strongly align with the MAYE brand and customer.

• Track performance and continually improve the program.

Organic Growth & Brand

• Develop and lead MAYE's organic growth strategy and help develop and evolve the MAYE brand world across campaigns, content and customer touchpoints.

• Strengthen the brand by delivering a consistent and compelling customer experience across every channel

Marketing Planning and Execution

• Own marketing calendars, campaigns, product launch assets and key trading events.

• Bring strong structure and organisation to marketing activity from idea through to execution.

• Lead and mentor our Marketing Coordinator

• Manage agency and creative partners to deliver impactful marketing initiatives.

Performance & Innovation

• Use customer insights, analytics and market trends to continually improve marketing performance.

• Introduce new ideas, emerging technologies and AI tools that keep MAYE ahead of the market

Who You Are

You are a creative thinker, strong organiser and proactive marketer who can move easily between ideas, strategy and execution.

You have a proven track record of growing brands through organic traffic, compelling content, influencer partnerships, CRM and customer retention. You understand how to create marketing that compounds over time, growing brand awareness, customer loyalty and long-term business performance.

You're commercially minded, strategic and highly organised, but equally happy rolling up your sleeves to get things done. You're curious, proactive and always looking for better ways to grow.

You'll bring:

• 5+ years' experience in a senior ecommerce marketing role, ideally within fashion, lifestyle or another premium consumer brand.

• Strong understanding of organic, creator-led and performance growth.

• Strong creative instincts and a good visual eye.

• Experience leading integrated marketing campaigns and managing external agencies.

• Excellent project management, communication and leadership skills.

• A passion for building brands and creating exceptional customer experiences.
