After Hours Hospital Co-ordinator

PERMANENT PART TIME (0.6) - AFTER HOURS

We are currently seeking a highly motivated, enthusiastic and experienced After Hours Hospital Coordinator with highly developed interpersonal skills and a commitment to excellence to join our hospital. 

This is a key leadership position that is accountable for efficient and effective operational management of the hospital after-hours.  The role supports and encompasses clinical care, planning, implementing and evaluating care practices, policy compliance & emergency management within the hospital. 

Key Requirements:

• Current registration as a Registered Nurse Div 1

• Experience at ANUM level or above for a minimum of 3 years

• Excellent communication, interpersonal  & organisational skills

• Have a demonstrated knowledge & understanding of accreditation & requirements for certification

• Have a good understanding of continuous improvement, OH&S and Risk Management

• Commitment to optimal patient care, customer service and quality improvement.
