About the role:

• Conduct regulatory litigation across NCAT and the NSW courts.
• Draft court documents, submissions, advices and correspondence.
• Investigate allegations of unqualified legal practice.
• Gather evidence, prepare witnesses and brief counsel where required.
• Work closely with internal regulatory, investigations and professional standards teams.

The ideal candidate:

• Must have 4-6 years’ PQE with a current practicing certificate
• Experience in litigation, regulatory enforcement, professional discipline, investigations or a comparable disputes practice
• Sound judgment and the ability to prioritise and manage multiple matters
• A clear understanding of procedural fairness, professional obligations and model litigant standards
• The ability to communicate persuasively, objectively and professionally.
• Strong stakeholder management skills and a collaborative working style.
