About the RoleWe are looking for an energetic and curious Corporate Systems Analyst to join our Core Operations team, focusing on process improvement, compliance, operational excellence, and driver access.
Key ResponsibilitiesDrive process improvement and compliance projects end-to-end.Analyze data using SQL, Excel, and Google Sheets to identify trends and root causes.Manage driver access and onboarding processes, resolving discrepancies and escalations.Partner with Product and cross-functional teams to improve processes and workflows.Manage project timelines, reporting, stakeholder communication, and follow-ups.Resolve JIRA tickets and identify opportunities to improve operational efficiency.
What We're Looking For2+ years of experience in problem solving, data analysis, and project delivery.Good knowledge of SQL, Excel, and/or Google Sheets.Strong analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder-management skills.Self-starter with strong ownership and ability to work independently.Comfortable working in a fast-paced and ambiguous environment.Proactive team player with a continuous-improvement mindset.Bachelor's degree or equivalent qualification.
