Location: Mosman NSW 2088

About Us:

The CareSide is experiencing exciting growth and is currently seeking a dedicated Support Worker/Carer for our operations in Mosman NSW 2088

Service: Domestic Assistance (DA)

Days: Tuesdays & Thursdays

Duration: 3 hours per shift

Next Tuesday: Any time after 1:00 PM (one-off due to client appointment)

Ongoing: Tuesdays & Thursdays, preferably around 11:00–11:30 AM

We are seeking an individual who is passionate about enhancing the lives of others, with a strong commitment to delivering exceptional customer service. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, be organised, punctual, friendly, and genuinely caring towards clients.

The Role:

As a Support Worker/Carer in Mosman NSW you will be responsible for assisting clients with various daily activities, including showers, dressing, grooming, toileting, medication monitoring, shopping, meal preparation, housekeeping, respite care, social support, and transportation to appointments.

Ideal candidate:

• Comfortable in providing personal care, companionship care, domestic assistance and transport assistance
• Must have time flexibility to work
• Willing to assist different clients and can start immediately

Essential Skills and Qualifications:

• Must have time flexibility to work
• Willing to assist different clients and can start immediately
• Certificate III or higher in Individual Support (Ageing, Home and Community)
• Current First Aid and CPR Certificate
• National Police Clearance Certificate
• Current Australian Driver's Licence
• Registered vehicle with comprehensive car insurance
• Smartphone
