We are seeking a highly organised and passionate industry professional to join our team in the role of Duty Manager. The role is hands on in operations, leading from the front and is an experience not to be missed.

Responsibilities will include:  

• Rostering and management of wage controls

• Succession planning for FOH team

• Implementation of training programs

• Recruitment and induction

• Stock control and management of cocktail list

• Shift management

• Opening & Closing of the venue

You must have the following attributes: 

• Have a genuine passion for the industry and be committed to customer service

• Project a friendly, enthusiastic and positive can do attitude towards guests and staff alike

• Team leader and motivator, with set goals and determination for the team to achieve tasks

• Attention to detail across all facets of the business with pride in presentation both in service and in grooming

• Have both extensive restaurant and bar service experience

• Priority to development and training of staff

• Results driven and takes ownership of the role

Essential requirements:

• Minimum 1 years' experience in the management of a service-driven food and beverage business

• Strong food and beverage knowledge

• Career minded with exceptional leadership skills

• Ability to work flexible hours
