Architectural Technician/Draftsperson

Our ideal candidate would possess the following - 

• Experience in luxury residential projects

• Tertiary qualification 

• Skilled user of Revit, Adobe Creative Suite

• Excellent understanding of construction, architectural and design detailing

• High attention to detail and ability to meet project program

• Capable of managing a project from inception to completion

• Proficient at conceptual design and presentation

• Able to explore ideas while working with director 

• Producing tender and construction packages

• Strong co-ordination skills

• Ability to work well both in a team and autonomously

• Excellent communication skills in both written and spoken English

• Strong co-ordination skills
