MacKillop Family Services is seeking a Family Services Coordinator to lead our Loddon Mallee Family Services Team based in Bendigo. This leadership position plays a critical role in supporting the delivery of two important programs: Strengthening Families and Restoring Families.
As Family Services Coordinator, you will provide leadership, supervision, coaching and practice support to a dedicated team of practitioners delivering therapeutic, trauma informed outreach services to families experiencing complex challenges. You will work collaboratively with key stakeholders across the child and family services sector to ensure high-quality, evidence-informed practice that strengthens family functioning, promotes child safety, and supports reunification and preservation outcomes.

The Family Services Coordinator is based at our Bendigo Office within the Loddon Mallee Family Services Team and reports to the Area Manager, Loddon Mallee.
This is a full-time position, with flexibility required to meet operational needs, including occasional work outside standard business hours. The program operates between 7:00am and 7:00pm.
