As our next Carbonite, you’ll be joining a team at multiple levels. You’ll be part of a team in your office, working with other talented people such as yourself. About the role.
Join our 2026 Graduate Intake and kick off your career as part of the best team in the world. We’re looking for recent graduates who have completed a Commerce degree and are ready to work toward their Chartered Accountant qualification.

We know how important real-world training and experience is to broaden your skills, so we're looking for a group of eager graduates who are ready to get hands-on training. Your development is important to us, so you'll have a mentor from day one and join a fantastic team of experts you can learn from. And yes, you'll get direct access to partners and clients from the get-go.

We're looking for someone who:

• Has recently completed a Bachelor of Commerce / Accounting or similar (those with double degrees are encouraged to apply!)
• Is willing to undertake the Chartered Accounting (CA) programme
• Has a high level of attention to detail and is a confident communicator
• Has excellent time management and strong organisational skills
• Is able to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment
• Is a whizz with technology and has advanced computer literacy skills, especially with Microsoft Excel
• Has experience working with Xero/MYOB (desired)

You’ll be perfect for the role if:

Some of the things you'd be working on include:

• Assisting in the preparation of General and Special Purpose Financial statements
• Assisting with year-end & month-end journals
• Preparing BAS and IAS
• Preparing Payroll tax returns
• Liaising with ATO and ASIC
• Reviewing and liaising with clients to complete work in a timely fashion
• Assorted Advisory work
• Working with and have direct contact with a diverse client base across a broad range of industry sectors
