Site Supervisor

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Site Supervisor / Manager who has demonstrated experience working in the residential building industry in renovation or new home construction role. The Site Supervisor will be required to liaise with internal staff, suppliers and trades. The role is a site and office based position.

Key responsibilities

• Liaise with internal staff, suppliers and trades

• Manage projects on site and coordinate with office-based activities

About you

• Minimum of 2 years experience as a Site Supervisor with a residential builder or developer

• Ability to work autonomously but be an integral team member

• Strong communication skills to liaise with clients and trades

• Experience with and knowledge of the BCA

• Sound knowledge of all safety procedures and OH&S policies

• Completed MBA, HIA or the like course in Building & Construction

• Proficiency in Word and Excel
