About The Role

Working as part of our workshop team, you’ll be responsible for providing high-quality tyre fitting, balancing and wheel alignment services across a range of vehicles.

Your Responsibilities Will Include

Fitting, removing, repairing and balancing tyresPerforming wheel alignments and adjustmentsInspecting tyres, wheels, steering and suspension componentsIdentifying tyre wear and alignment issuesEnsuring all work is completed safely, efficiently and to a high standardMaintaining workshop equipment and a clean, organised work areaWorking closely with technicians and the wider workshop teamFollowing Northeast Auto Group's safety and quality standards

About You

The successful candidate will have:

Previous experience as a Tyre Fitter and Wheel AlignerStrong attention to detail and pride in their workmanshipGood mechanical knowledge and practical skillsThe ability to work efficiently in a busy workshop environmentA strong commitment to safety and qualityExcellent reliability and a positive attitudeThe ability to work independently and as part of a team

A relevant trade qualification and experience using wheel alignment equipment will be highly regarded.
