Administration Clerk - Transport - No experience required!

NORTHSIX is currently recruiting on behalf of our client, an established Australian transport and logistics business specialising in high consequence transport and storage solutions. This is an entry level opportunity for someone looking to start or grow a career in the industry, no prior experience required. What matters most is a strong work ethic, attention to detail and a genuine willingness to learn.

The role

• Prepare and issue operational paperwork
• Complete data entry and maintain accurate records
• Conduct daily physical counts of tanks, containers and stored inventory
• Reconcile stock levels against system records
• Liaise with customers and internal stakeholders
• Support day to day operations across the site
• Assist with additional administrative duties as required

• No experience necessary. Full training provided
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Comfortable working both indoors and outdoors as part of the role
• Good communication skills
• Reliable, organised and keen to learn
• Confident using computers and business systems

• Monday to Friday, 7.30am till 4pm
• $65,000 plus superannuation
