The Role

You'll be a hands-on leader responsible for coordinating electricians and apprentices, keeping projects moving and making sure the work is delivered to the standard we're known for.

You'll work closely with builders, clients and management and have the freedom to take ownership of your projects and make decisions on site.

We're not looking for someone to simply follow instructions.

We want someone who wants to set the direction.

What We're Looking For

• Current A-Grade Electrical Licence

• 5+ years' experience as a qualified electrician

• Leading Hand experience preferred

• Good commercial, residential and service experience

• Excellent electrical knowledge and fault-finding skills

• Ability to read plans and coordinate works

• Strong communication and leadership skills

• High standards of workmanship

• Positive, proactive attitude

• Someone who wants to grow with the business

Cert II in Split Air Conditioning or air conditioning experience is preferred but not essential.

Australian work rights required.
