Finance Manager

Key Responsibilities
Financial Strategy & Planning: Develop long-term financial plans, create budgets, manage forecasts, and advise on growth strategies.Financial Reporting & Analysis: Prepare financial statements, analyse data, investigate variances, and present findings to leadership.Budgeting & Forecasting: Lead the annual budgeting process and manage ongoing forecasts and cash flow.Risk Management: Identify financial risks, manage insurance, and ensure compliance with regulations (GAAP, SEC).Team Leadership: Manage, train, and guide the accounting, audit, and finance teams.Operational Oversight: Oversee daily financial operations, including payroll, taxes, internal controls, and systems.Stakeholder Relations: Manage relationships with banks, investors, and auditors; present financial health to executives and boards. Key Skills & Qualifications
Strong financial acumen, analytic skills, and business sense.Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving abilities.Proficiency with financial software and reporting tools.Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or a related field; relevant certifications (CPA, CMA) often preferred. but if the team want to type in here they can
