As a Dental Assistant at Dentist@330, you'll play a vital role in supporting our dentists and ensuring our patients receive exceptional care. This part-time position offers the opportunity to work in a modern, technology-driven practice within a friendly, collaborative and patient-focused environment.

We are looking for an enthusiastic and reliable Dental Assistant with a minimum of two years' experience working in an Australian dental practice who enjoys working as part of a team and takes pride in delivering outstanding patient care.

This is a part-time position with the following preferred roster:

• Monday: 1:30 pm – 6:30 pm

• Tuesday: 1:30 pm – 6:30 pm

• Thursday: 8:15 am – 4:15 pm

• Saturday: 8:30 am – 2:30 pm (Saturday penalty rates apply)

• Chairside assisting across a wide range of dental procedures

• Preparing treatment rooms and maintaining a clean, organised clinical environment

• Sterilising instruments and maintaining the highest standards of infection control

• Greeting patients and delivering exceptional customer service

• Maintaining accurate patient records and assisting with administrative tasks

• Supporting reception duties, including answering phones, booking appointments, processing payments and managing patient enquiries (approximately 30–40% of the role)

• Working collaboratively with the dental team to ensure smooth day-to-day operations

• Assisting with advanced digital dentistry, including CEREC, digital scanning, 3D printing and dental implant procedures

• A minimum of two years' experience as a Dental Assistant in an Australian dental practice

• Excellent chairside assisting skills

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Strong organisational skills with exceptional attention to detail

• Confidence using computers (experience with Dental4Windows is an advantage)

• Ability to multitask in a busy environment

• Experience with both chairside assisting and reception duties

• A passion for delivering outstanding patient care

• An interest in working with advanced technology, including CEREC, digital scanning and 3D printing

• A reliable, proactive team player with a positive attitude

• Availability to work evenings and Saturdays
