Wild Honey Bistro is looking for an experienced and passionate Barista to join our friendly team in the Parliamentary Triangle.

We operate a busy, fast-paced corporate café, serving exceptional coffee and fresh food to a loyal weekday customer base. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced barista who takes pride in consistently producing high-quality coffee while delivering outstanding customer service.

• Full-time or part-time opportunities available

• Monday to Friday only – no weekends or public holidays

• Early morning starts with daytime finishes

• Located in Parkes, ACT

• Preparing high-quality espresso coffee to a consistent standard

• Delivering friendly and efficient customer service

• Managing workflow during busy service periods

• Maintaining a clean and organised coffee station

• Assisting with general café duties as required

• Working collaboratively with the kitchen and front-of-house team

To be successful in this role, you will have:

• Minimum 1-2 years' experience as a barista in a busy café environment

• Ability to produce consistently excellent coffee under pressure

• Strong knowledge of coffee extraction, milk texturing and machine maintenance

• Outstanding customer service and communication skills

• A positive attitude with excellent teamwork skills

• Reliability, punctuality and a strong work ethic

• High standards of cleanliness and presentation

• Monday to Friday roster – enjoy your weekends

• No public holiday work
