What we are looking for

• Proven leadership experience within a stewarding, hospitality, food & beverage, cleaning, or hotel environment
• Strong knowledge of cleaning procedures, chemicals, equipment, and food safety standards
• Excellent communication, teamwork and organisational skills with a strong guest service focus
• Experience with workforce planning, and computer systems, including Microsoft Office
• Flexible availability, including weekends and public holidays
